Our Loyalty Rewards Program Membership Tiers

From the moment you become an LRP member you get rewarded. But the longer you’re a member, the better those rewards get.
We’ve built our membership tiers around this idea. We reward your loyalty by increasing the amount of product points* you can earn each month, based on your membership tier.

So, the higher your membership tier, the more FREE products you can earn. And the bigger your LRP order, the more rewards you get.

Explore our membership tier levels below with an example of how many product points you can earn as you travel up the tier levels. We’ve based the product point calculations on a sample order of 100PV, just to keep the math simple and easy to understand.*

Let’s take a moment to explain our tier levels with some easy to understand examples.

As an Explorer LRP member, you get 10% of your total order PV back in product points. So, if you have an order value of 100PV, you earn 10 product points on that order. However, if you keep ordering on LRP every month, placing orders with a minimum of 50PV†, you can move up the tier levels every few months.

So, after just three months as an Explorer, placing orders on LRP every month†, you’d move up to the Enthusiast tier level. Then, rather than earning 10 product points on a 100PV order, (like you did as an Explorer), you’d earn 15 product points on that same order, and so on. Until, after 13 months of placing orders every month, you start earning 30 product points on every 100PV order (to redeem on FREE products) as a Connoisseur tier level member.

That’s an unbelievable reward every month, just for staying loyal.

*The exact product point allocation you receive for your order is calculated using your total order PV and applying the specific % based on the entitlement of your membership tier.

†Loyalty Rewards orders must exceed 50PV per single order to advance Loyalty Reward levels (%). Orders with a minimum of 1PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points.
